Mothers who know do less. Less guilt-tripping themselves. Less pretending they can achieve unrealistic expectations.
Mothers who know seek things they find rejuvenating for their body, mind, and soul.
Mothers who know embrace the light *and* are not afraid of the dark.
Mothers who know identify and depart from things that are toxic, poisonous, or dangerous, but embrace things that are helpful and healing, even if it’s uncomfortable.
Mothers who know don’t give a rip what anyone else thinks.
Mothers who know, love their kids and help the world transform into a safer place in which to grow up.
